The Centre for Climate Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay offers a globally recognized PhD programme, initiated in January 2012, focused on interdisciplinary research in climate change science and solutions. Candidates will engage in independent and original research, guided by a distinguished team of 8 core faculty and over 29 faculty participants drawn from 12 departments across IIT Bombay.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The doctoral curriculum in the Centre for Climate Studies includes core courses in two broad tracks of climate science and climate policy, supplemented by elective courses on a broad range of theoretical and practical topics. Our PhD candidates are encouraged to present their research at national and international conferences, and to build networks and collaborate with leading experts in the field of climate studies.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
